Frequently asked questions
Practical answers before your first enquiry.
About quotations and production
The exact answer may change with the product and project. These notes explain how we normally clarify an enquiry.
What information should I provide for a quotation?+
Please share the product type, quantity, destination market, dimensions, preferred steel thickness, color, internal layout, locks, packing requirements and any drawing or reference image.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?+
Yes. We can review changes to structure, dimensions, steel thickness, hardware, color, logo, labels, instruction sheets and packaging. Feasibility and commercial terms are confirmed for each project.
Can you produce a sample before mass production?+
Sample arrangements depend on the product and customization. The sample scope, cost, lead time and shipping method are confirmed after the specification is reviewed.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product structure, finish, packing and customization. Standard models normally support a lower starting quantity than a new OEM design. Send the target quantity for a practical answer.
How long does production take?+
Lead time depends on product type, order quantity, customization, sample approval and material availability. A working schedule is provided with the quotation and reconfirmed before an order.
Can you match a RAL color or brand requirement?+
RAL references and physical color samples can be reviewed. Logo position, labels, carton markings and private-label materials should be confirmed before sampling or production.
How do you control product quality?+
Quality checks follow the agreed specification and may include material review, dimensions, process checks, coating appearance, hardware, assembly, function and packing. Inspection requirements should be agreed before the order.
What packing options are available?+
Depending on the product, we can discuss knock-down or assembled packing, protective materials, export cartons, mail-order packing, labels and instruction sheets. Container efficiency is considered together with product protection.
